钢化涂料
钢化涂料，具有象钢一样的硬度、高光洁度、高白度、耐水、耐碱、耐热、耐湿擦、附着力强、抗冻性强、透气性能好、不污染环境、使用范围
广等特点、是一种绿色钢化涂料。
优点：
1.墙面钢化涂料无毒，无污染，不会危害人们的身体健康，完全取消了传统涂料，如溶剂型涂料、聚氨酯涂料等含有大量危害人体健康的有毒
物质——甲醛、苯类等物质的存在。
2.墙面钢化涂料具有多种功能，如防虫、防腐、防辐射、防紫外线、隔音阻燃等，而传统涂料功能则较为单一。
3.墙面钢化涂料的各项性能指标更趋合理，如光洁度、硬度、防潮透气性能、耐湿擦性能、耐热性能、附着力、抗冻性等，比传统涂料有质的
突破和飞跃。
4.墙面钢化涂料使用寿命一般长达15年～20年，远远长于传统涂料5年左右的使用寿命。
缺点：不能经常用水擦拭，耐水性差！
干粉瓷钢化涂料是仿瓷涂料的换代产品，更是当今城乡住宅及办公楼群最理想的内墙装饰材料。它与市场上仿瓷涂料相比，具有以下优点：
1、强度高，色泽柔和，光洁如瓷，不脱粉，使用寿命是仿瓷涂料的数倍。
2、性能好，耐温耐腐；易存放，利于批量生产；利于长途运输。
3、简化工艺，不需反应釜等高温制胶设备，成本比一般仿瓷涂料降低30％左右。
4、价格低廉，每平方米墙面只需材料费0.5元左右。
使用方法：
1、基层应坚实、干净、大致平整、无明水，基层强度应大于或接近腻子的强度。
2、吸水性强的基层应先用清水润湿或喷刷胶水进行封底处理后再刮腻子（稠度以适合施工为宜)
3、新抹灰的水泥墙应在养护期后再刮腻子。
4、按腻子粉：水=1：0.5的比例搅拌均匀，静置10～20分钟再次搅拌均匀即可使用。
5、用钢刮板或抹刀按常规批刮，刮涂次数不可过多，通常批刮两次-3次，第二次涂层在前涂层干透情况下方可施工。
7、腻子干后，用320#或240#砂纸进行打磨，尽快涂刷涂料或粘贴墙纸。
8、用量：在基层平整的情况下，每公斤腻子粉大约可批0.8—1.2平方米(二批)的平整墙面。

漆专用打底腻子。
