BDX-D多臂式全自动超声波清洗机

该设备主要采用多臂式位移组合机械手，根据工艺完成整个清洗过程，并设有抛动清洗系统，其槽式有3槽至11槽不等。系统集超声清洗—鼓泡漂洗—高压切风—热风干燥等于一体的清洗工艺，也可根据客户工件要求拟定清洗工艺。该设备的一个主要特征在于它多臂输送，即所有的操作步骤均是连续性的，组合机械手将所有的工装蓝一起提起，然后将它们输送到下一个清洗工位，这种方法可大大提高生产效率。各种规格、尺寸、均可按客户要求定做。
