该机采用圆型进口锯片，进口直线轴承。高精度主轴承使锯片转动稳定，气液阻尼缸实现进给均匀，运动平稳。数控精密锯系统采用台湾台达、美国Start、日本三菱、欧姆龙等进口系统，可实现自动切割、自动开合防护罩自动进给。数控锯传动部分摒除了原来采用步进带传动，传动改为精密的滚珠丝杠（台湾ABBA，韩国进口丝杠等），从而保证了锯切长度的精确度。数显精密切割锯数显部份采用进口。仪表及磁尺以保证锯切长度的精确。
The machine adopts the imported prototypical saw blade and imported linear bearing. The high precision main bearing makes the rotation of the saw blade stable. The gas-liquid damping cylinder realizes even feed and steady movement. The NC precision saw system adopts the imported systems including Delta of Taiwan, Stare of USA and MITSUBISHI and so on which can realizes automatic cutting, automatic opening and shutting the shield and automatic feed. The NC saw transmission part discards the original adopted tape entering type transmission which makes the transmission more precision. It uses ball thread machine (ABBA of Taiwan and the imported thread machine from Korea and so on) which verifies the accuracy of the sawed length.
