7-1. Test in a laboratory
One Roll of product and glass are prepared and tested for thermal
(temperature 70±5°C) for 24 hours.• Tensile Strength & Maximum Elongation:KSM 3001
• Testing sheet : 18 sheets ( down : 9ea ; across : 9ea )
• Speed of tensile strength tester(KSB 5521):500mm/min
• Measure load and Elongation 18 times and calculate the mean valueT = 10 x P/(W×t)
T = Tensile Strength( kgf/cm2)
P = Maximum load when it is cutting (kgf)
W = Width of testing sheet(cm)
t = Thickness of testing sheet (cm)E = [(L1 - L0)/L0 ]x100
E = Elongation(%)
L0 = Initial distance (cm)
L1 = Distance when it's cutting (cm)Bitmap• Adhesion : KSA 1107
• Testing sheet : 5 sheets (width:25mm. Length:250mm)
• Testing plate : SUS plate(thickness:1.5-2.0mm,width:50mm, length:125mm)
• Speed of the Adhesion tester(KSB5521):300±30mm/min
• Measure : Peel the testing sheet with angle of 180 degree
• Measure Adhesion 5 times after 10 minutes after applying the testng sheet on
the testing plate, and calculate the mean value
7-2. Test by standard
Pick 5R/L out of I lot production and test it for adhesion, transfer of adhesive,
tensile strength and width change.8.
