陶粒滤料采用优质陶土,粘土,粘溶剂等经团磨、筛分、煅烧加工而成,具有表面坚硬、内部多微孔、孔隙率高等特点。以好氧活性污泥作为接种,进水两周即可达到曝气生物滤池的处理效果。

陶粒特点:
机械强度高、耐冲刷、抗磨损、理化性能稳定,同时由于其微孔丰富、表面粗糙、比表面积大,使用寿命长、耐腐蚀、吸附性能好、颗粒均匀、密度适宜、不易板结、流失量小,因此截污能力强、挂膜效率高,利于微生物生长、繁殖,可有效去除水中有机物、悬浮物及氮磷等。
1.表面多微孔(见电子显微镜扫描图),比表面积大,适合各类微生物的生长,在其表面能形成稳定的、高活性的生物膜,处理出水水质高。
2.滤料层孔隙分布均匀,克服了因滤料层孔隙分布不均匀而引起的水头损失大,易堵塞、板结的缺陷。
3.密度适中且均匀,反冲洗容易进行,能耗低,反冲洗中不跑料。克服了反冲洗难于控制和跑料的缺陷。
4.采用很好的粒径级配,纳污能力强,滤料利用率高,水头损失增加缓慢,运行周期长,产水量大。
5.强度大、耐摩擦,物理、化学稳定性高,寿命长等。为无机惰性材料高温烧成,长期浸泡不会向水体释放任何物质,无二次污染。
陶粒的应运:
加工制作过程中,在生产的各个环节,严格从粒径、均匀度、级配、密度、粒子形状、酸可溶率、孔隙率、比表面积、耐摩擦等各个方面进行把关,确保质量。目前已广泛应用于市政污水、各种工业废水及污水深度处理方面。
陶粒的分类:
(1)、生物陶粒滤料
生物陶粒滤料是一种颗粒状水处理滤料,该滤料具有机械强度高、耐冲刷、耐磨损、理化性能稳定等特点,同时由于其微孔丰富、表面粗糙、比表面积大,使用寿命长、耐腐蚀、吸附性能好、颗粒均匀、密度适宜、不易结板、流失量小,因此截污能力强、挂膜效率高,又利于微生物生长、繁殖、可有效去除水中有机物,悬浮及淡磷等。
(2)、轻质页岩陶粒滤
轻质陶粒滤料是一种新型的生物膜载体填料,具有质轻,比表面积大,吸附能力强等优点。适用于各种型式的滤池滤罐。与石英砂相比,比表面积为同体积石英砂的2-3倍,孔隙率为石英砂的1.3-2.0倍。与砂滤比较,平均滤速高(20-25m/h),产水量大,过滤周期长,冲洗频率小,冲洗强度低。
页岩陶粒又称膨胀页岩。以黏土质页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分,或粉磨后成球,烧胀而成的粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒。页岩陶粒按工艺方法分为:经破碎、筛分、烧胀而成的普通型页岩陶粒;经粉磨、成球、烧胀而成的圆球形页岩陶粒。适用于保温用的、结构保温用的轻集料混凝土,也可用于结构用的轻集料混凝土。目前页岩陶粒的主要用途是生产轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块和轻质隔墙板。
