“金鉴耐材”除渣剂是我公司与多家国家级科研单位合作，历经五年共同研发的新型复合专利产品。产品专利号：20120267374.0，其产品质量经过实际使用证明，产品质量在国内同行业中处于领先水平，可与国外同类进口产品媲美，而价格远低于进口产品。现与国内300多家企业和炉料公司常年供货并出口国外，它的主要原料为火山灰矿物质，主成份为硅酸盐，经过特殊加工配比而成，主要应用于铸造过程中铁水、钢水熔液的除渣、保温。 "jinjiannaicai" deslagging agent is development with National R&D institution. 2、用法和用量：
“金鉴耐材”牌除渣剂，使用简单方便，通常是在铸造过程中待浇泡充满后将该产品撒在金属液表面。也可在电热炉中应用，应在熔炼快结束，金属液出炉前撒在炉中金属液表面，待表面结渣挑出即可。若含渣量过多可重复操作一次，用量根据铁水的含渣量和对铸件质量要求而定，一吨铁水1－3kg。集渣保温剂用于铁水除渣后将其撒在金属液表面，它会自动散开覆盖在金属液表面，随铁水浇注而降低，不粘包、不挂包。待铁水浇注后将覆盖层用钢钎挑出或留在剩余金属液表面保温，一吨铁水1 －2kg。

Set slag insulation agent for molten iron slag removal after sown on the surface of the liquid metal, it will automatically spread out to cover the surface of the liquid metal with the molten iron pouring lower, non-stick package, Bag. The molten iron pouring will overburden to be singled out with the drill rod or stay in the insulation of the remaining liquid metal surface, a ton of hot metal 1-2kg. 
3 、“金鉴耐材”牌除渣剂的特点：
(1)能聚集铸造溶液中各种熔渣和杂质，保证铁水的洁净。
(2)撒渣简单，不留零散飘浮物，不粘包，不损坏包壁、炉壁。
(3)保温，减少稀合金元素的流失。
(4)减少金属液中磷、硫等有害元素。
(5)与铁水接触反应平稳、不飞溅、无毒无味、不产生烟尘、不影响人体健康。
(6)消除铸件夹渣，提高铸件质量，降低铸件废品率。
