Our radiator production lines are designed with the most up-to-date technology, allowing us to manage the production process automation according to the level required by the customer: from a manual production till a completely automatic process.
The high quantity of models available in the market and the designers’ continuous needs to find new shapes and new solutions have exhorted us to realize welding machines which have flexibility as their winning force:

Overview of design
Welding line for steel panel radiator designed and developed by us is a full-automatic production line with annual capacity of 1,000,000 standard radiators (standard radiators are 600mm H × 1,000mm L radiators with single water tank + single convertor and 64.5℃ temperature difference). Spot welder for tank plates is capable to achieve 120 welding cycles per minute, and it can weld 16 welding points each time. Joints are welded on both left side and right side simultaneously at a rate up to 7.8m/min. High-efficiency automatic welding equipment ensures production efficiency.
Design requirements
I.This line is designed and developed for producing steel panel radiator.
II.Dimension scope of the radiator is as follows:
（1）Center-to-center distance: 245---845 mm;
（2） Dimension scope:
Length: 400—3,000 mm
Height: 300, 400, 500, 600, 750, and 900 mm
Thickness: 5-164mm
Sheet thickness: 1.20mm (excellent low-carbon cold-rolled steel sheet DIN EN 10130/ST13)
III.Testing pressure: ≤13bar
IV.Operating pressure: 10bar
V.Operating temperature: 120℃
VI.Production procedure: standard process flow for tabular steel radiator welding production
VII.Design capacity: annual production capacity up to 1,000,000 standard radiators (standard radiators are 600mm H × 1,000mm L radiators with single water tank + single convertor and 1,259W heat radiation at 64.5℃ temperature difference).
VIII.Requirements on equipment: this line only includes main equipment to be provided in the welding line of steel panel radiators.
