纯蒸汽发生器

纯蒸汽通常是以纯化水为原料水，通过蒸汽发生器或多效蒸馏水机的效蒸发器所制备的蒸汽，纯蒸汽冷凝时要满足注射水的需求。去离子水和纯化水都可作为纯蒸汽发生器的原料水，经蒸发、分离（去除微粒及细菌内毒素污染物）后，在一定压力下输送到用水点。
