产品特点:
本机以脉冲式1064nm激光为光源，通过激光辐射加热工件表面，表面热量通过热传导向内部扩散，通过控制激光脉冲的宽度、能量、峰值功率和重复频率等参数，使工件熔化，形成特定的熔池。由于其独特的优点，已成功应用于微、小型零件的精密焊接和薄壁板材的焊接中。
This machine adopts 1064nm pulse laser as ligFit source. lt utilizes laser radiation to heat the surface of workpiece. The surface heat transmitst tfie internal part of the workpiece by heat conduction effect. The widrh, energy, peak power and repetition frequency parameters of the laser pulse can be concrolled to melt the workpiece and then form a melt pool. Because of unique advantages, this rechnology has been successfully applied into micro&small metal parts precision welding and welding of thin metal sheets.
激光束由柔性光纤导引输送，随后再以焊接头将光束投射在焊缝上。
Laser beam is transmitted th rough flexible optical fiber and then is projected on the weld joint through the welding head.
激光焊接属非接触式焊接，作业过程不需加压，只需使用不活泼的保护气体以防熔池氧化。
Laser welding is a non-contact welding process with no need of pressure infusion and inert gas is required to prevent the melt pool from being oxidized.
