本机利用聚丙烯、聚乙烯在熔融状态下所具有的胶粘性能，将纸或彩印BOPP薄膜与编织袋压力粘合，经切断、缝合，制成纸塑或彩印膜复合包装袋。
性能及特点：
1) 采用自动恒温控制熔融温度；
2) 采用双模头可单面或双面涂复，具有涂塑、纸塑或OPP复合等多种功能；
3) 采用无级调速调整涂层厚度和复合速度；
4) 基材放送采用光电纠偏，确保涂复合精度；
5) 可选装配自动切边、吹边、计数、打孔、折边、冷切断和卷收等装置；
SJ-FMF800-90I Series Plastic Lamination Machine
With the adhesive characteristic of PP and PE at the melting status, this machine adheres and laminate melted film or paper directly and with color-printed OPP&BOPP film on the surface of PP woven bag under pressure to make various kind of lamination PP woven bag for packing cement, sugar, fertilizer and food etc.
Functions and Specialties:
1. Automatic temperature control system.
2. Multi-functions for double or single side and 2-3 layers lamination.
3. Stepless speed adjustment for controlling the lamination thickness and speed.
4. The photo-electric sensor and device to be used for ensuring the position accuracy of lamination.
5. Equipped with the devices of auto edges cutting, waste edges blowing away, multi-color printing, perforating, bag edges folding, bag cutting and(or winding without cutting) and bag counting etc.
