PVC属无定形聚合物，含结晶度5%--10%的微晶体（熔点175度）。PVC的分子量、结晶度、软化点等物理能随聚合反应条件（温度）而变。以PVC树脂为基料，与稳定剂、增塑剂、填料、着色剂及改剂等多种助剂混合经塑化、成型加工而成PVC树脂塑料。
