2、 铁件：

答：由于这些是大件产品本公司采取先付定金余款发货付清的交易方式。客户确认购买后，先支付总货款30%定金。我们开始生产，发货前会联系你，将70%余款汇入我方帐号，我方立刻发货。
2、付款方式？
答：我们采用的是签订合同的方式，通常采用的是银行汇款的方式。
3、能不能不付定金，直接货到付款？
答：不行。本公司曾采取过不付定金的方式，但有些客户在我们发货之后突然改变主意，取消订货，我们只有将货物再托运回来，这样我们白白损失两面运费，因此，30%定金体现了客户购买的诚意.
4、货物以什么方式送到我手里？
答：货运方式。我们一般使用物流公司，这些公司为公路运输；如遇特殊情况也可使用专线物流或中铁快运。国外客户走海运。
5、我在××省××地区××市，能送到我家门口吗？
答：一般国内大中型城市，货运均可到达,大概需要7~10天时间。如遇偏远地区，货运不能直达，可采取中转方式或由直达城市的朋友代为取货再中转。至于能否送达门口，需要与当地物流公司根据具体情况协商，物流公司往往会根据远近，车辆安排，时间等因素决定。
6、运费要多少？谁承担运费？
答：运费可以双方协商。
