本产品采用无机性Ｅ型玻璃纤维，其主要成份为二氧化硅及氧化铝所构成。所有产品都经过严格的综合检验，系统的质量控制，确保产品整个性能一致，为客户提供安全连续的生产保证。本产品因系采用极微细之Ｅ型玻璃纤维再经特殊轧针机器针刺而成，致使纤维毡内构成无数之细空穴，而赋予本产品具有极高之断热及吸音特性。是一种无毒无害的无机材料，与传统的离心玻璃棉、石棉制品相比，不含任何黏结剂，不会发出任何味道，无任何致癌物质， 无论耐热抗张度、强韧性及耐火、腐蚀性等均十分优异，尤其耐热性高出离心玻璃棉四倍，可达700度 C ， 电气之绝缘性特佳。 特有的柔曲性便于剪裁、切割，是现有各种保温吸音材料中更具特色的新型环保产品。
主要用途： 1 、玻璃纤维针刺毡在消声器内芯中使用的特点是：孔隙率大、吸音率大、导热系数低。加之玻璃纤维本身有耐热温度高、强韧度好、耐腐蚀等特性，因此在各汽车生产大国被广泛地应用于汽车、摩托车消声器领域。第一，利用其极好的吸音性能达到降噪效果；第二，利用其高保温耐热性能使混合气体在排气管道中高温环境下进行充分的化学反应，尾气从而达到低排放。
2 、玻璃纤维针刺毡表面经贴合铝箔或塑料布、玻璃纤维布等。经加工裁成带状后，供冷热管路及地下管路之保温及保护使用；发电机组隔热消音、也可用于彩钢瓦的隔热和隔音，效果极佳。
3 、玻璃纤维针刺毡浸入树脂加工成板状后，可供房屋建筑及冷气机衬垫隔热消音材使用。
