Overview
TX5100 is an Advanced Hi-speed USB Flash Drive Controller, which includes an enhanced error
correction engine for supporting SLC/MLC/TLC NAND flash memory devices with 2KB/4KB/8KB
page size.
TX5100 is a highly integrated single chip solution for USB Flash Drive Controller with USB2.0,
which includes USB2.0 Transceiver Macro cell Interface (UTMI), the Serial Interface Engine (SIE),
30-bit engine, one cycle 8051 compatible 8-bit micro-controller, voltage detector, and voltage
regulator.
The highly integration reduces overall cost by minimizing component amount. TX5100 is the most
cost and power efficient solution for manufacture.
