产品特点PRODUCT FEATURES:
本机适用于橡胶、塑胶、人造皮革及其他化学合成产品测试其材质之老化，延伸率、抗张力等变化情形；
本机在试验电线电缆绝缘体或被覆之橡塑胶试片，以比较试片老化前与老化后之抗拉强度及伸长率，本机以热风循环方式，促使试片老化，内箱密闭性佳，具有抽换内箱空气装置，设有超温自动切断保护。
l 采用高精度微电脑控制器，智慧型PID自动控制加温系统，控温精度高。
l 多翼离心风轮，强制送风，确保实验机内部温度均匀稳定。
l 悬挂架与隔层架可自由拆装，附数显瓦特小时计及计时器，具换气量测试功能。
l 采用简便换气量调节系统，可方便调节新鲜空气的换气量。
l 多层安全保护装置，确保机台可靠运转。
This tester is designed to test rubber & plastic specimens of cord's insulator or jacket。The tensile strength，elongation and hardness of dumbbell specimens before / after aging can be compared。This tester uses hot-air-circulation to make specimens aging。Its interior is sealed well and it is equipped with the induced draft device & auto shut-off protection if over-heated。Inner air is changeable。Also can be used as a drying oven by introducing web-frame。
