意法半导体WWW网站等处公布的数据表上列出的各种规格，采用4mm×4.5mm×1.1mm的LGA-28L封装。测量角速度的全量程值（Full Scale Vlaue），可由用户从250度/秒、500度/秒以及2000度/秒中选择。增大全量程值，虽然可以测量到较大的角速度，但精度会降低。测量结果会作为16bit的数据输出。数字输出接口为I2C或SPI。内置温度传感器，能够以8bit的速度进行输出。另外，可输出中断以及数据就绪（Data Ready）的数字信号
