ZH-2B2 自动喂罐充填（听装）包装机 

主要特点 

单头第三代产品，该罐（听）装自动充填包装机能完成喂罐、计量、排废、等工作，适用包装粉粒状物料。如奶粉、米粉、白糖、咖啡、味精、固体饮料、葡萄糖、固体医药等。 

◆中/英文触摸屏人机界面，PLC控制系统，伺服电机驱动螺旋。 

◆使用或瓶状容器包装，配置自动喂罐系统，可实现无瓶、缺瓶不灌装。 

◆开门料箱，人性化易洗框式机架，整机结构、布局合理，更换包装品种，清理卫生及为方便。 

◆称重反馈比重跟踪，重量超差报警、故障报警提示和排废功能，确保产品合格率。

◆工作数据可储存，备后使用，最多可储存10个工作参数。

有托罐、振动、吸尘功能。

Feature

This automatic canned filling and packing machine was designed for automatic can feeding, weighing, filling and failed packs detect & delete. The machine is suitable for packing powdery &grainy product, for instance, milk powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, icing sugar, dextrose, feed, coffee, solid medicament, powdery & grainy additive, dye, etc.

◆Chinese /English touch screen and HMI, PLC control system, auger is drived by servo motor.

◆Equipped with automatic can/bottle feeding system, implement to the functions of no-can-no-filling.

◆Open-door hopper, a frame type machine be designed the humanization to easily wash. Reasonable mechanical structre, easy to change size parts and clean up.

◆The functions of over-weight warning, error message display and failed packs detecting & deleting, which never let any reject to pass through, ensure the packing quality.

◆Max. 10 recipes can be saved for later using.

◆Have the functions of can support, vibration and dust extraction.
