金属拉西环是在1914年被F.
Raschig开发出来的。它是最早被发明出来的一种具有固定几何形状的散堆填料。它的外形简单,高度与直径的尺寸相等。大尺寸的拉西环(100MM以上)一般采用整砌方式规则填充,而75MM尺寸以下的拉西环一般采用乱堆方式装填。金属拉西环被广泛应用于很多领域,但是它的应用得最主要的领域是作为催化剂支撑。
拉西环包括塑料拉西环,金属拉西环和陶瓷拉西环。
金属拉西环填料的材质可有多种,如碳钢,不锈钢304、304L、410、316、316L等,可供选择。
塑料拉西环材料:聚乙烯(PE),聚丙烯(PP),聚氯乙烯(PVC),聚偏乙烯(PVDF),氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC),增强聚丙烯(RPP)等。
Raschig Ring

of ring for tower packing, Raschig Ring used in petrochemical industry has been
developed extensively. Raschig ring is now used in many applications, but
particularly in supporting catalyst beds.
Metal Raschig Ring materials include carbon
steel, stainless steels, Aluminum alloy, 304, 304L, 410, 316,
316L etc. The materials of Plastic Raschig Ring include PP, PVC,
CPVC, PVDF, PTFE, PE. Ceramic Raschig Ring is made of alumina.

Ring has low pressure drop, excellent distribution, large void space, large
flux, high mass-transfer effiency, low energy consumption, etc. Plastic Raschig
Ring operational temperature is up to +150℃. Raschig
Ring is widely used in separation and absorption process, reducing pressure for
device, deviating sulfur for the systems, it can easily isolate Ethylbenzene,
Toluene, Trimenthypentane etc.
