要打开5个LED，只要推动ON/OFF至电筒最下方“1”的位置；要关闭，只要推动ON/OFF往上一格；打开23个LED，只要推动ON/OFF再往上一格到“2”的位置；把ON/OFF再次往上一格推动到最上方“3”的位置，28个LED全部都亮了。简单的说，这款LED电筒能有三种不同组合的LED亮灯，比如三种模式。
当做普通应急灯使用时，按下电筒顶部的大按钮，移动镜片按钮至最下方。要改变光的聚焦，往上推动电筒两旁中间的推钮，镜片移动上去，此时电筒作为普通电筒使用。请注意光线的焦点都可以在以上三种模式中间由应急灯自由转换成普通电筒。
给电筒充电时，只要打开底部的塑料盖子，取出电源线。插入220V标准AC电源。
在亮度控制按钮附近有个小指示灯，能显示充电的状态。当电筒完全充满电时，拔出电源线，并缠绕好放进原来的位置并盖好盖子。
避免直视电筒，有强光源。
充电时请保证电筒处于关闭位置，否则会损坏LED灯。

To turn ON 5 LED, just push the ON/OFF button upwards till it touches the lowest position “1”. To turn OFF, just push the ON/OFF button little upwards. To turn ON 20 LED, just push the ON/OFF button further upwards till position “2”; and finally to turn ON all 25LED, push the ON/OFF button further upwards till it touches the upper position “3”. In short the LED light can be operated in 3 different combinations of LEDs i.e. in three different modes.
To change focus of the light so as to make it work as a normal emergency light, please press the big button given on the top of the light, which will push the glass cover downwards to make it work as emergency light. To change focus of the light so as to make it work as normal torch, please push the small button given on the top of the light, which will bring the glass cover upwards in its normal position to make it work as normal torch.
Please note that the focus of the light can be changed from emergency light to torch in all the 3 modes mentioned above.
To charge the torch light, just open the plastic cover at the base of the torch light & unwind the charging wire. Plug the 220 V pin in any standard AC outlet which in turn will charge the LED torch light.
There is a small indicator near the brightness control knob, indicating the status of the charge. Once fully charged unplug the wire from the AC outlet and wind it again and place it under the base of LED torch light with plastic cover on top.
Avoid looking directly into the Led’s as it has a strong beam.
Charge the torch light only in OFF position or else it may damage the LEDs.
