一、用途及特点：

    D型水力碎浆机是在现有传统碎浆机的基础上，参考国外先进技术设计而成的。其特点是：伏克斯转子偏离中心位置，使得纸料与转子的接触更迅速，频率更高。传统的水力碎浆机产生一种无阻碍的旋流，纸料从加入处按螺旋线轨迹向中心转子处运动。而D型水力碎浆机则改变了这种流动方式，使纸料更快捷地与转子接触，这样可缩短从纸料加入到碎解处理的时间，并可在不增加动力和容积的情况下提高生产能力。本机一般配有绞绳机和沉渣井，以除去长条形缠绕性杂质，如塑料包装袋、绳头、铁丝等。
