HPA系列卧式自动捆扎打包机

 
用途：用于废纸（纸板箱、新闻纸等）、废塑料（PET瓶、塑料膜、周转箱等）、稻草等松散物的打包。
特点：
1）PLC控制，配合人机界面（触摸屏）和视窗式监控，同步动作指示图配合错误警告，可设定包块长度。
2）左、右、上三个方向浮动式缩口设计，有利于自动分配四面压力，可广泛应用于不同物料的打包。
3）自动捆扎，提高打包速度。
4）推料缸和推料头之间采用球面结构联接，可靠性好，油封使用寿命长。
5）加料口带分散式剪切刀，剪切效能高。
6）低噪音液压回路设计，高效能低故障。
7）安装简便，无须地基。

HPA Series Horizontal Automatic Strapping Packing Machine
Use: it is suitable for packing some relax materials such as waste paper (carton and news print etc.), waste plastic (PET bottle, plastic film and reusable container etc.), straw and so on.
Characteristics：
1) PLC control cooperates with man-machine interface (touch screen) and form monitoring; in-phase action indicating diagram cooperates with error warning; it can set length of packing block.
