恩维激光毛领切割机产品描述/ Description：

AW系列激光下料机集计算机辅助设计、数控技术和激光技术于一体，不需要刀片切割也不用模具冲切，根据电脑绘制的切割图，可将布料自动裁切成任意简单或者复杂形状，操作简单；而且裁切后自动锁边。该机可24小时连续不间断地批量作业，速度快、生产成本低，材料的利用率极高，尤其在布料、皮革、毛绒、纸质的裁切、花样切割加工中无与伦比；

1.  切割速度快：如用于布料直线分条，切割速度可达40米/分钟，复杂曲线花样切割也可达12米/分钟；

2. 整机性能卓越：可每天24小时连续工作，不但速度快，且系统十分稳定；

3. 配置自动给料系统，实现对整卷面料的连续作业，节约了人工成本，进一步提高了工效。

4. 多光头同时作业，成倍提高工效。

AW series of automatic feeding laser cutting machine incorporates CAD, CNC and laser technology, which do not need blade or module for cutting. The machine can cut the fabrics into any simple or complex patterns according to the design drawn by the computer; the cutting edge is smooth and automatic close-in. It can run for 24 hours without a break and has the advantage of fast speed, low production cost and high utilization rate of material.

1. High speed in cutting. It can reach up to 40m/minute during linear cutting; 12m/minute during complex curve pattern cutting.

2. Excellent performance. It can work for 24 hours continuously, the speed is fast and the system is completely stable.

3. Automatic feeding system achieves the continuous operation to the whole fabrics, which help to save labor cost and improve efficiency.

4. Double or more laser heads working at the same time can increase efficiency.
