安阳市北斗星铝塑分离机械有限责任公司，因废旧覆铜电路板及边角料处理分离设备、废旧电线电缆和小排线分离处理设备、气流及高压静电选矿设备的研制成功，原铝塑分离的企业名称已不能体现铜塑等其它物料分离的意义，故名称自2007年将企业名称变更为滑县道口北斗星静电分离设备厂。
      本厂坐落在河南省安阳市滑县卫西开发区，东有瓦岗古寨，西有殷商朝歌老城，紧倚大海线。企业占地面积2000多平米，正式职工26人，其中有高、中级职称技术人员15人。专业从事废旧铝塑分离的设备有：铝塑板、娃哈哈瓶盖、铝塑管、药片包装及边角料等铝塑复合材料的分离设备；铜塑分离设备有：废旧电线、电缆、废旧电路板覆铜板及边角料、电路板钻孔粉、铜塑管等铜塑复合材料的分离设备。其它有：高压静电选矿、塑料与沙子的分离、茶叶与茶杆的分离等任何导体与非导体的分离设备。
         HL型节能环保型静电分离机（又名高压静电分选机）是本厂和北京大学、中国矿业大学、中国静电协会等多家大专院校及科研单位合作，在不断吸收国内外各种分选技术的基础上开发的节能环保型静电分选机。通过多年的实践与理论分析，获得的最佳分选效果，分选后的杂质可小于1%，即分选效果最高可达99.9%，并且属于完全物理分离，分离后各种材料的性质都不改变，不影响再生利用。该装置首先电晕放电发生装置使周围空气层产生电离，然后利用电容率的不同从粉碎物料中分离出金属和塑料（导体和非导体）。
       新装置的优点在于无需用化学药品来溶化废弃物，因此不会对环境产生污染。它能够把废弃物中99%以上的金、铜、铝等金属与塑料分离开。
       另外针静电分离对废旧电路覆铜板的分离纯度高而产量比较小，我公司开发的多滚筒静电分离机和根据粉碎后的电路板中铜粉与环氧树脂粉的密度比重差距比较大的原理研制的废旧电路板气流分选机解决了分离产量问题。
