本产品是专为表面贴装要求而设计制造的片式固体钽电容器.有S(0805), A, B, C, D, E,V 七种壳号。
与树脂包封产品相比,它具更低的等效串联电阻ESR.适用于自动表面贴装机.
广泛用于尖端军事,电脑,手机等领域.本产品执行EIA 535BAAC 和QC300801,Q/YHC.45-01技术标准。
主要性能
● 使用温度范围:-55℃~ +125℃容量偏差:±20%,±10%。
● 容量系列:0.1μF~1000μF。
● 电压系列:4V~50V。
● 漏电流(20℃):I0≤0.01CRUR或0.5μA(取大者)。
● 损耗角正切(20℃):见表1。
● 高低温特性:见表1。
● 气候类别: 55/125/21。
● 寿命试验: 2000小时。
● 可靠性:在85℃、0.1Ω/V串联电阻条件下1000小时失效2%的置信度。
