设备用途：
实验教学专用磁粉探伤机为一体式磁粉探伤设备，适用于以湿式磁粉法检测由铁磁性材料制成的管、轴棒类等零件的表面及近表面因铸造、锻造、加工、疲劳等各种原因引起的裂纹和各种细微缺陷，根据不同的工件可以采用黑磁粉或者荧光磁粉进行探伤。

The detectors are
fixed electromechanical-together semi-automatic magnetic-particle flaw
localization equipment, which is used for detecting fine defects and/or
discontinuities (such as cracks, folding, sandwiching, scabbing) by the wet
magnetic-particle method on the surface and near-surface of ferromagnetic
crankshafts arising from such factors as poor materials, forging, thermal
treatment, etc.
