纤维束滤料
一、材质：我厂生产的高效纤维束采用高分子纤维材料。该材料由中国预防医学科学院环境卫生监测所对聚丙烯树脂进行急性经口毒性试验、蓄积性毒性试验、Ames试验、CHL细胞染色体畸变试验和有害物含量检测，结果为无毒、无明显蓄积性、无致突变性，符合我国有关食品卫生标准的规定。纤维丝的直径为um级（2.5dtex），其表面积远比粒料大，易于吸附水中悬浮浊质和胶体杂质。纤维表面吸附水中悬浮浊质和胶体杂质。
　　二、工作原理：过滤时，利用过滤器或滤池中的水位由上而下的重力使滤层压缩，纤维束滤料处于密实状态，提高了滤层截留杂质的效能，保证了滤后水质。冲洗时，气水由下而上地冲击扰动，使束状滤料处于悬浮松状态，滤层中的吸附截留物得到洗脱。从而实现了束状纤维滤料无序装填过滤和有序装填反洗的最佳状态。使用时由上部进水，下部出水。此时，在水流的作用下和重力的作用下，纤维密度调节装置推动纤维滤床向下运行，纤维滤层被压缩，其堆积密度沿水流方向逐渐加大，使滤层沿水流动方向的孔隙度由大逐渐变小，相应滤层孔隙直径和孔隙逐渐减小，从而形成了一个特别理想的变孔隙深层过滤状态。其过滤过程既有横向深层过滤，也有纵向深层过滤，从而有效地提高了过滤精度。当滤层被污染需清洗再生时，清洗水沿反方向通过纤维滤床，在反洗水流和清洗空气的作用下，纤维密度调节装置带动纤维滤床向上运动，使纤维滤料向上伸展，达到松散状态，通过气水混合清洗技术，在气泡聚散和水力冲洗过程中，纤维滤料纵向处于不断抖动状态，由此使得纤维滤料清洗的十分彻底，从而达到理想的清洗效。

四、优点：它采用高分子纤维束作为过滤材料，单丝直径可达几十微米到几微米，属于微米级过滤材料（砂滤器属于毫米级），具有巨大的比表面积，对水中的颗粒的截留和吸附能力有极大的提高。对水中悬浮物的去除率可接近100%，经良好混凝处理的水，悬浮物含量为20mg/L时，过滤出水悬浮物可达1mg/L以下。对细菌、病毒、大分子有机物、胶体、铁等杂质有明显地去除作用。粒径大于5um的悬浮物去除率达90-95%。，解决了粒状滤料的过滤精度受滤料粒径限制等问题。是石英砂等颗粒料过滤设备的更新换代产品。机械调节装置可根据出水水质和滤速的要求，迅速调节束状滤料的堆积密度。
本厂生产的高效纤维束质地轻、强度高、弹性好、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、不吸水。在水处理过程中优点众多。
　　⑴化学稳定性强，滤水过程中无有害成分溶出；
　　⑵反冼气水高强度的摩擦、碰撞、剪切力不会发生破损和流失跑料；
　　⑶多年浸泡在水中耐久不腐，使用寿命一般可达5～10年；
（4）过滤阻力小，滤速快，在25-35m/h的滤速范围内均可保证良好的过滤效果。
（5）滤层层 过滤时自动形成沿水流方向滤床的孔隙度逐渐减小的无级变空隙层态，无需像颗粒滤料 那 样进行人工级配
（6）滤层有序：稳定 纤维束滤料悬挂在过滤器或滤池内，耐冲击，不乱层，不流失，可承受高强度的 清洗，包括大流量的气－水联合清洗
（7）截污容量大，一般为5～15kg/m3滤材，是传统过滤器的2～3倍。

（8）占地面积小，制造相同的水量，占地仅为传统过滤器的1/3～1/8。
（9）吨水造价低， 制取相同的水量，造价低于传统过滤器。
（10）自耗水量低， 仅为周期制水量的1～3%，一般情况下可用原水进行反洗。
五、与传统滤料相比：
由于纤维束滤料除浊率高于传统滤料，经对纤维束滤池的滤后水作常规化验，氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮含量比均粒滤料低20——25%，铁、锰低20——30%。耗氧量和微生物等指标，也均有降低。
在相同工况下，纤维滤料和传统滤料滤池长期生产运行，纤维束滤池的滤速、过滤周期、滤水量和水头损失等运行参数，均优于均粒滤料滤池。
　经计算，均粒滤料MSC为664kg/m，纤维滤料的MSC为2024kg/m3，纤维滤料池比均粒滤料池高3倍，说明纤维束滤料的过滤性能优于均粒滤料。
纤维束滤料避免了粒状滤料的粒径不能进下缩小的限制，使滤料的直径达到了μm级，大大增加了滤料的比表面积，使其达到了3000m2/m3，增加了水中悬浮固体与滤料的接触机会和滤料的吸附能力，从而提高了滤后水质，束状纤维滤料的孔隙度大于0.9，不增加过滤阻力就能增加截污容量，而且滤速高，过滤周期长。。
　　纤维滤料使用周期10年以上，避免了传统滤料经常填补和定期更换的麻烦，减少了工人劳动强度和停水检修的时间。
