产品简介：
该产品采用纳米级有(无）机颜料、进口特种复合乳液和相关助剂，经过一定的反应而制成的一种高档水性油墨。产品无重金属、无塑化剂、无VOCs排放、无异味，完全符合食品包装要求，客户加水或者酒精就能印刷，色彩展色力强；是我公司专门为食品软包装而设计的高档水性油墨。
适印范围：
1.基材： OPP、PET、NY复合包装（OPP/PE、OPP/CPP、OPP/VMCPP、OPP/VMPET、PET/PE、NY/PE等）。
2.用途：食品软包装、盐袋包装、液体包装、米袋包装等复合里印包装。

产品颜色：
1.原红、原黄、原蓝、黑、白五个基本色；

3.可根据客户提供Pantone色卡号提供定制专色。
产品包装：
塑料桶包装，净重：20 公斤/桶或1吨装。
产品储存：
密封储存12个月以上，避免阳光直射；未使用完请密封储存，防止水分挥发造成粘度上升或结皮干固及灰尘掉落。
注意事项：
1.由于印刷设备、印刷基材及制版工艺的不同，将直接影响到印刷效果，我司将根据不同客户的实际情况，提供相应的技术参数。
2.使用前应搅动均匀,请勿与其他品牌油墨混合使用，保持水性油墨成分一致，以免影响墨性；余墨若含杂质，先过滤再配合新墨使用。
GS-01 Special Water-based ink for food flexible packaging lamination printing
Description:
This series products adopt the Nano-organic（inorganic）pigments、imported special composite emulsion and additives to made a kind of high-grade Water-based ink through certain physical reactions. No heavy metals, no plasticizer and no VOCs emissions, odorless, full compliance with the requirements of food packaging. It can be printing as long as add water or alcohol with strong color display; it is a kind of high-grade water-based ink that we designed for food flexible packaging.

1.Materials:OPP,PET, NY lamination packaging (OPP/PE,OPP/CPP,OPP/VMCPP,OPP/VMPET，PET/PE,NY/PE)ect.
2.Application: Food Flexible Packaging, Salt bag Packaging, Liquid Packaging, Rice Packaging and other lamination printing packaging.

By plastic barrel, net weight: 20 kg / barrel.
Product storage:
Sealed storage more than 12 months, avoiding sunlight direct; Please sealed the remain ink to prevent moisture evaporation and avoid the viscosity increase or dried-Solid and the dust falls.
Notes:
1. It will directly affect the printing effects due to the different of printing device, printing substrates and plate-making process, so we will provide technical parameters according to the customer's actual situation.
2.Please stirred ink well before using, in order to avoid affect the properties of ink and keep the composition consistent of water-based ink ,please do not mix up with other brands of ink; If remain ink with impurities, filters first and then use again with new ink.
