Appearance: light yellow paste
Ingredients: peroxide, silicon rubber, raw rubber of the agent that fight yellow
Temperature: 175 ℃ to 195 ℃ (the actual mold temperature)
Use ratio: 1.2% 2.0% proportion: 1.065 (25 ℃)
Packing: 19 or 20 KGS per barrel
Storage temperature: less than 15 ℃.
Storage time: don't open the packing cases for 6 months, after the storage time, the product after a trial of qualified, can continue to use.
Precautions: avoid high temperature and direct sunlight, away from the fire source, strong acid, metal oxide, amine substance and flammability of materials. Below  room temperature (15 ℃) ventilated place for storage

C-14無味硅胶硫化劑

可用在硅胶所有產品,特別適用於食品雜件硅胶製品(矽膠耐火材料、強度要求高的產品除外),該產品具有易分散,抗黃、一次硫化基本無味等特點,且經二次加硫後或水煮後硅胶製品可除去異味。二次硫化後，過氧化物殘留低。

外觀：淡黃色膏狀物 

成份：過氧化物、矽膠抗黃劑、生膠

使用溫度：175℃ -195℃（實際模溫）

使用比例：1.2%-2.0% 比重：1.065（25℃） 

包裝：19或20kgs/桶 

儲存溫度：小於15℃. 

儲存時間：不拆包裝情況下6個月，儲存時間過後，產品經過試用合格後，可繼續使用。

注意事項： 避免高溫、陽光直射、遠離火源、強酸性物質、金屬氧化物、胺類物質以及燃性材料。宜於室溫（最好15℃以下）通風處存放。

注意:

1.由於本產品揮發率高，容易因靜電著火，在使用本產品時，設備必須具有良好接地，加入本品最好用膠包裹後加入混煉，並分次加入。

2.混煉好的矽膠，請保持密封，防止有效成分揮發，降低硫化速度。
