PVC加工助剂（发泡调节）LS-530是高分子量的丙烯酸酯类的加工助剂，可广泛适用于PVC发泡异型材、板材、管材、管件及低发泡制品。

      在PVC树脂加工成型中，具有良好的分散性和加工流动性；促进PVC低温熔融、凝胶化，提高PVC 的熔体强度、伸长度和特性度；拓宽PVC的加工范围，赋予制品良好的表面光洁度；用于发泡制品，能够获得均匀的气泡结构，更低的密度。

1 Introduction

The addition of Ls-530to rigidfoamPVC formulationsis a processing aid based on a high molecular weight acrylic copolymer.LS-530is highly effective processing aid with outstanding properties & processability in the fields of Rigid PVC.

2 Performance

1)     Promote gelation of PVC,improve hot-melt strength and viscoelasticity,stabilize the microcells generated by blowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam. Increase the surface quality of PVC products.

2)   Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc. LP-90has been used in weatherable application

3 Application

LS-530iswidely used inrigidPVC, such as window profiles, siding, fences, roofing sheets, pipes, fittings, injection-molded parts,wood-plasticcompositesand foamed products.

Addition levels forfoamed products is5-8 phr(PVC 100 phr).

4 Physicochemical Properties
LS-530is Whitefree-flowingpowder,bulk density:0.40-0.55g/cm3, can not be dissolved in waterandethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone.

6 Storage, Packing & Transportation
Packaged in airproof plastic bag, then in woven bags with quality certificate, the outside of bags is marked with brand, company name, net weight of products, lot identification mark .Avoid insolation ,moist.
Stored in cool and draughty place, shelf life: one year.
