AZ-HJ系列YAG灯泵浦脉冲激光焊接电源是我公司独立研制的DSP控制智能化高精度恒流型开关电源,且带激光能量负反馈及电流反馈双功能,可作为灯泵浦Nd:YAG脉冲激光器的标准配套电源,在国内同行业中处于技术领先水平。电源人机界面友好,提供各项工作参数及状态显示,用户通过触摸屏对多种激光波形和参数进行设置,且具备水温、水压、水位、过流、过/欠压、缺相等各项报警功能,因而可以满足几乎所有激光焊接使用领域的需要,是多功能激光焊接机的理想配置。该系列激光脉冲焊接电源按照焊接使用领域的不同,电源输出功率也有所不同,可根据用于需求定做,普通功率为小于12千瓦(300W),最高可达18千瓦(600W)。

产品特性:
1、由软件编程来实现电源的各项控制功能。电源的响应速度快,无硬件调整,产品一致性好,可在线编程、升级以匹配不同用户需求的动态特性,具有更高的可靠性、更小的体积、更强的抗干扰能力。
2、模块化智能控制。由触摸显示所有信息,并完成对控制系统的操作,并可根据用户的需求任意配置为单灯、双灯、进而四只泵浦灯的电源系统。
3、独特光能量反馈功能。既有光电转换采样的激光能量自动调节,保证每次出光能量误差值降低到±2%以内。
4、由于氙灯衰减等因素而导致的激光能量衰减,电源可在一定范围内进行补偿,超出电源自身的补偿范围后,会提示用户进行相应更换泵浦灯或清洁腔体的维护工作(选配功能)
5、实时监测水温、水压、水位等错误,并智能进行错误保护报警和提示,有必要时自动采取故障关机。
6、智能光闸控制。毫秒级时间内的延迟时间可根据用户需求定制,保证完全遮光。
7、激光使用过程中,实时计数控制,并可随时控制清零。
8、可存储激光模式32组,32组参数设置具体如下:
时间:00.0 ---- 15.0 mS(共有20个拐点可以设置)
幅度:000.0% ------ 120.0%(共有20个拐点可以设置)。
9、稳定的电流调制脉冲输出波形,长时间的无故障连续运行。
10、具备能量监测及能量负反馈控制功能,实现了激光加工工艺的标准化。
11、激光输出频率可高达300Hz(标准配置为100Hz)
12、具备外控接口,可方便的实现出光、缓升缓降的外部控制。
13、光斑控制。0.1mm~3.0mm范围内的光斑控制,并有开机自动回零的功能,即开机自动调整为负限位最低值。
14、1000组参数设置,128段波形编程,128组切换控制,可用于客户各种需求。
15、激光可实现多光纤同时输出,与传统的硬光路输出系统相比,可以增加加工的自由度,能进行多光束同时加工及多工位加工,为更精密的焊接提供了条件。通过能量分光或时间分光,可实现同时焊接或分时焊接。

Main features
1、power supply is control by software. So no hardware adjustment is needed and it’s response speed is faster. It can be programmed and upgraded online to meet the dynamic behaviour.There is higher reliability,small size and stronger capacity of resisting disturbance of it.

3、special optical energy feedbak function.
4、power supply can compensate the laser energy attenuation caused by Xenon lamp attenuation within limit. It can prompt user to replace the Xenon lamp or clean cavity of lamp(optional) when beyond the limit.
5、real-time monitoring water temperature,water pressure and water level,it can send fault protection alarm ,even can shut off automatically if necessary.
6、using intelligent optical shutter of millisecond latency,it can block out laser light completely according to user’s needs.
