产品说明
混凝土路缘液压成型机是根据市场需求，经过多次实验研究成功，该机系四柱式同步液压机，上下横梁均采用优质钢板焊接而成，结构紧凑，设计合理，经使用和各级专家鉴定，均评定本机压力大，结构独特，双缸同步平衡，是制作大型混凝土砖的优质设备。该机工作台面大，立柱间距1400MM,立柱均采用实心钢材加工而成，该机可生产1000*500*250（MM）以下各种规格形状的水泥制品。如：护坡砖、路缘石砖、水沟盖板等。双缸并列中心距为600 MM，活塞同步准确，压力均匀，油缸均采用优质钢材铸造而成，活塞经精细加工后再镀硬铬，保证油缸密封性能及使用寿命。该机配备日本三菱电脑控制系统，对整机的电路系统起了良好的保护作用。该机各种电器及液压元件均采用名牌产品。该机配套有自动脱模装置、皮带输送机、储料斗、升降机、液压站、运转车。使用该机生产的制品尺寸准确、边角均匀、抗压、强度高，外观精美。

Concrete allotype block machine
The machine is made according to the market requirements ,and it’s succeed though many experiment.The machine has four-piece double-cylinder in-phase hydraulic machine. Beam is made of high steel plate(jointing). The machina has big pressure , double-cylinder balance in-phase.You can choose it as high quality facity that make the big concrete bricks .
The machine has big workbench ,the vertical post space between is 1400MM,it adopt the solid steel,can make all kinds of cement products that below 1000*500*250(MM) size.For example slope protection brick ,waterditch cover plate and so on .
Double-cylinder coordinate center distance size is 600MM，The piston pressure is symmetrical .The oil cylinder is made of high quality steel and will be coat hard chrome after processed .The oil cylinder has good sealing performance and longer useful life .
The machine equipped the Japan Mitsubishi computer control system ,it can protect the full machine circuitry system .
The machine electrical equipments and hydraulic components are all adopted the famous brand .
The machine has automatic demoulding equipments ,strap conveyor ,storage hopper,lifter,hydraulic pressure station and transfer trolley.
