该机辊筒为腰鼓形，精炼机用以清除再生橡胶中所含杂质，表面光滑，略呈腰鼓形的前后辊筒在相对面转的过程中，将胶料中的硬杂物从辊筒中间部分逐渐向两端挤压，聚集在胶片的边缘上，用割胶刀即可将边缘杂质去除。
