Air-filter mats are made from synthetic, glass, or natural fibres. They are used for special application areas in ventilation and climate-control, to include the following:?controlled-condition cabinets; air-intake filter systems for fans, compressors, and motors; filter systems for motor combustion air; and in room-air treatment systems.

The air filter band 412 consists of highly elastic, progressively spun glass fibres. The density of the filter material increases towards the clean air side. High dust holding capacity is achieved by wetting the fibres with an antibacterial and water-resistant dust binder.
GEA Filter mat 1003/1004, Series 1000, Filter classes G3, G4
Filter pads 1003 and 1004 are of high quality and unruled stored acryllic resin bonded polyester fibres which are woven to a very sturdy fleece with progressive extension in depth.
The elastic and unnetted filter bed is very often regenerative.
GEA Filter mat 1005, Series 1000, Filter class M5
The filter pad 1005 is a high quality fleece with high dust holding capacity and low increase of pressure difference. The fleece consist of unruled stored, non-breaking polyester-fibres with progressive extension in depth and compression from fresh air side.
The filter pad 1005 is elastic and unnetted.
GEA Filter mat 1203/ Coalescer, Series 1000
The filter pad type 1203 is made of continuously filament glass fibres and have an increasing density from dust to clean air side. This provides the filter pad with an open structure on the air inlet side and a firm laminate backing on the air leaving side.?Due to the usage of a special binder the thickness and elasticity of the filter pad will be maintained even when saturated with water.
The filter pad 1203 is mostly used as coalescer/demister in off shore, coastal and other humid applications.

Filter pads 1103 and 1104 are of high quality and unruled stored polyester-fibres with progressive extension in depth. They are unnetted, elastic and very often regenerable.
The filter pad 1104 is equipped with an especially flattened fresh air side to assure a good degree of separation and dust holding capacity upon low decrease of pressure difference.

The filter pad type 1303 is made of continuously filament glass fibres and have an increasing density from raw to clean air side. During fabrication the fibrous material is treated with a special dustbonding wetting agent. This design provides the filter pad with an open structure on the air inlet side and a firm laminate backing on the air leaving side.
The unique design enables the entire thickness to be utilized and promotes in-depth filtration enhancing the collecting and efficiency capacity.
