主要特点:
AD中型横走系列机械手主要适用于50-280吨卧式射出成型机的成品取出, 可增加副臂用于三板模的水口取出,上下手臂均采用双截式手臂,横行驱动方式可采用变频马达驱动和AC伺服马达驱动,上下和引拔均为气压驱动,成品臂上下轴可选购AC伺服马达驱动,增加模内的取出效率.可提升产能(20%-30%)、降低产品不良率、节约人工、精确控制产量及保障操作人员的安全性。

runner taken off , upper and lower arms are made of double transverse cutting-arm, driving mode is using inverter motor and AC servo motor driving, up and down and drawing are pressure-driven, finished up and down axis optional arm AC servo motor drive to increase efficiency out of the mold can enhance productivity-(20%-30%), lower product defective rates and save the output of manpower, precise control on production and protection of the operator's safety.
■横行标准采用进口变频马达驱动, 运行平稳而经济.可选购AC伺服马达驱动,运行速度快而精准,定位精度达±0.1MM;
■横行、上下、引拔臂采用高刚性精密直线线性滑轨,耐磨耗,低噪音.平稳寿命长;
■双截式上下手臂采用质量轻、高刚性的铝合金结构梁,配合进口的高刚性精密直线线性滑轨导向运行,其特殊的皮带倍速结构设计, 只需一半的行程即可达到全行程,大幅度缩短上下手臂的结构高度,提高上下行的速度及稳定性,并可配合厂房高度低的场所.
■自动检测报警安全保护,如气压不足或突发故障会自动报警,并自动弹出防落气缸,保证机械手臂和模具的安全;
■上下及引拔行程调节和位置调整标准采用手动调位方式,可选购电动调位方式,节省调整时间,增加操作的安全性.
■成品臂上下轴如选购AC伺服马达驱动,可提高上下动作速度,节省模内时间,增加效率,并可在模外设置不同的置物高度,定位精度达±0.2MM。
■可选购CE机型,符合EUROMAP/SPI的标准及配置标准接口。

■Double-cut-up and down the arm with light weight, high rigidity aluminum structure beam, with imports of high rigid precision linearRails-oriented operation, it’s special structure design of the belt speed, just half of the stroke to reach full itinerary, shorten the height of upper and lower arm of the structure, improve speed and stability, and can be combined with plant of low height .
■Auto-detection of security, such as the pressure is insufficient or unexpected failure will automatically alarm and automatic ejection prevention into cylinder, guarantee the mechanical arm and mold safety;
■Up and down and drawing stroke adjustment and position adjustment standard with manual mode, you can choose electric adjustment mode and saving time, increased operational security.
■Up and down axis if used AC servo motor for driving , can be raise up and down movement speed, saving time, shorten cycle time and increase efficiency , can be setting a different
height for different product , it’s positioning accuracy up to ±0.2MM.
■Optional CE models that conform to the standard EUROMAP/SPI and configure standard interfaces.
