YHFX-800标签纸分离机

介绍说明Introduction

    此款风选机为我公司最新研发设备，主要用来分离瓶片中杂质(如标签纸、头发丝等)。

此设备工作原理是利用风力分离的方法来进行分离，物料通过抽料机或吹风机送入分选机顶部的旋风分离筒内，经过旋风分离筒会将多的空气排除，然后物料由于重心会垂直向下掉落，掉落的物品通过分离机的“W”型管道散开，此时轻的标签纸等杂物会被吸风机将其吸走，吸走的标签纸杂质会被收集在布袋中。

This winnowing machine is our latest research and development equipment, mainly used for separate impurities in the bottle flakes (e.g., label paper, hair, etc.).h

The working principle is to use wind power separation methods for separation. While materials transfer from screw machine or blower into the winnowing machine at the top of the cyclone cylinder, would pass through a whirlwind bowl and remove spare air. Then the material fall straight down and spread with "W" type at the tube of separator, the suction ventilator would suck light label paper and other debris impurities and collect in the bag.
