1. 产品用途 Application
针对各炼厂加工原料和工艺不同造成的轻质馏分油性质差别较大的特点,我司开发了HHLDS系列轻质馏分油加氢精制催化剂。适用于重整预加氢、溶剂油加氢精制、煤油加氢精制。
According to that light distillate has different features from different refinery depends on raw material and operation condition, HHLDS series catalyst is specially developed for reforming pre-hydrogenation, solvent oil hydrotreating and Kerosene hydrotreating.
2. 技术特点 Technology features
HHLDS-1以改性氧化铝为载体,具有加氢脱硫活性好,机械强度高及装填堆比小等特点,适合于高硫轻质馏分油的加氢脱硫。可在低压、低氢油比和高空速下,直接生产硫氮含量<0.5ppm的重整原料。
HHLDS-2以改性氧化铝为载体,具有加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性好,机械强度高及装填堆比小等特点,适合于轻质馏分油的加氢精制,特别适合于焦化石脑油、裂解汽油等氮含量较高石脑油的加氢精制。达到相同产品要求,比参比催化剂反应温度低5℃以上。
HHLDS-3以新型改性氧化铝载体为基础开发的新一代馏分油加氢精制催化剂。该催化剂具有孔容大、比表面积高、加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性好、装填堆比小及机械强度高等特点。由于载体性能及制备方法的改进,催化剂的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性得以显著提高。可以满足重整预加氢及焦化汽油加氢精制的要求,是轻质馏分油加氢精制的理想催化剂。
There are 3 types catalyst taking modified alumina as carrier.
HHLDS-1 has excellent hydrodesulfurization, high crush strength and small bulk density, specially suitable for light distillate of high sulfur.
With low pressure, low hydrogen/oil ratio, high space velocity, this catalyst could produce high quality reforming material with sulfur+nitrogen<0.5ppm.
HHLDS-2 also could remove nitrogen besides sulfur, which is suitable for hydrotreating process of light distillate specially for coking naphtha, pyrolysis gasoline and high nitrogen naphtha. This catalyst could work at 5℃ lower temperature than similar types of catalyst.
HHLDS-3 has large pore volume, large surface area to remove sulfur and nitrogen, which has working well for reforming prehydrogenation and coking gasoline hydrotreating process.
