各部分的作用为:
(一)太阳能电池板:太阳能电池板是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中价值最高的部分.其作用是将太阳的辐射能力转换为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作.
(二)太阳能控制器:太阳能控制器的作用是控制整个系统的工作状态,并对蓄电池起到过充电保护、过放电保护的作用.在温差较大的地方,合格的控制器还应具备温度补偿的功能.其他附加功能如光控开关、时控开关都应当是控制器的可选项;
(三)蓄电池:一般为铅酸电池,小微型系统中,也可用镍氢电池、镍镉电池或锂电池.其作用是在有光照时将太阳能电池板所发出的电能储存起来,到需要的时候再释放出来.
太阳能发电系统的设计需要考虑的因素:
1、太阳能发电系统在哪里使用?该地日光辐射情况如何?
2、系统的负载功率多大?
3、系统的输出电压是多少,直流还是交流?
4、系统每天需要工作多少小时?
5、如遇到没有日光照射的阴雨天气,系统需连续供电多少天?
6、负载的情况,纯电阻性、电容性还是电感性,启动电流多大?
7、 系统需求的数量.

1. Application:
This product is a multifunctional small solar home system (Gxysoalr-10W).
It is suitable for house lighting in the rural as well as the urban areas where the electricity supply is low.
It can be also used as portable lighting equipment for traveling, camping, outdoor work and other emergency lighting.
Also, it can be used as a portable backup and power/charger; it can be used for the charging for mobile, camera and radio at 5VDC.
2. Configuration:

3. Performance:
Lighting time: About7~10 hours when the battery is fully charged.
Charging time: About 10~12hours’ efficient sunshine time to full charge the internal battery by solar panel
Note: different latitude and different area have different effective sunshine time each day. So, the charging time will be depend on this factor as well. Better sunshine energy area, gets a better charging effect.
4. Operation:
For lighting:
4.1 Install the solar panel on the roof or exposed place, where with strongest sunshine is available.
Note: There must be no obstacle/Shadow over or around the solar panel. Please let the solar panel directly face to the sunlight
4.2 Plug the DC tip of the solar panel wire into the port “solar panel” on the battery kit and always keep it connected for solar charging
The indicator light on battery kit will be red when charging.
4.3 Put the battery kit in the room or under the shade.
Note: Do not put the battery under the sun for long time, otherwise it may get damaged
4.4 Fix the lamp cable and lamp holder ,and then screw the LED bulb into the lamp holder
4.5 Plug the DC tip of the lamp cable into the port “light” on the battery kit
4.6 Turn on the “:switch” on the battery kit, and turn on the “switch” on the LED
4.7 LED indicators:
4.7.1 Charging: RED light flare
4.7.2 Full charge: Continuous RED Light
4.7.3 Battery Charge 15 – 30% : One Yellow LED
4.7.4 Battery Charge 30 – 60% : Two Yellow LED
4.7.5 Battery Charge 60 – 90% : Three Yellow LED
Note: Please full charge it first before using.
For mobile charging:
4.8 Turn on the “switch” on the battery kit and plug the USB cable into the USB port “5VDC” on battery kit, choose the correct tip for your mobile connection.
5. Note:
5.1 If the system connection is well however the LED bulb still not lighting, the battery may be over discharged, thus the battery needs to be charged from solar panel at daytime.
5.2 Please charge the battery from solar panel everyday to ensure battery power is sufficient.
5.3 Turn off the “switch” on the battery kit if you don’t use light and USB or it will reduce self power consumption.
5.4 If the system is not used for a long time, please full charge it at least one time every 1 month to keep the battery performance good.
5.5 The LED lamp is DC12V and can’t be used for AC 110/220V
6. Caution:
6.1 Please read the user manual carefully before using, the incorrect operation will damage the product.
6.2 Protect the product from drastic crash or throw
6.3 Keep the battery kit away from water or fire
6.4 Do not disassemble the battery kit or other components.
6.5 Do not drag the cable of the solar panel strongly, or it will come to poor contact.
6.6 Keep it away from Children
7. Warranty Clauses:
7.1 Damage of the system due to improper use, drastic crash or throw will not be under warranty.
7.2 Using the system in AC supply is strictly prohibited; it will damage the system and will not be under warranty.
7.3 Battery kit should be kept away from water or fire.
7.4 Do not disassemble the battery kit or other components
7.5 DO not drag the cable of the solar panel strongly or the cables will come to poor contact.
7.6 Use of battery with heavier loads may decrease the life of the battery, thus should be strictly avoided.
7.7 Heavy discharge of the battery should be avoided such as, when the mobile or radio is being operated from the system battery, only one of the LED lights can be used. And system should not be operated for more than 4 – 5 Hrs per day.
** Please full charge the battery at least one time every 1 month especially when you do not use it for a long time.
