本机是我公司开发的新型高速充填封口机，它完全不同于传统充填封口机，传统的封口机模板都是间歇进运动。本机模板为不间断匀速运动，能使容器中的充填物始终保持平稳状态，不会出现充填物摇晃溢出容器情况。由于机器上的模板是连速匀速运动，充填封口等工序都是在模板行进中进行的，因而它的生产效率相对比传统充填封口机提高近一倍。
结构特点：本机主要由：落杯、充填、模架、光电检测、封口、修正、剪切、余料收卷、产品输出等机构组成。封口为单独浮动，封口及剪切均带导正装置，精度高。
