NSWR常温常压自动卷染机基本工作原理是通过两只主滚筒的交替旋转，使织物在染槽中进行各种平幅染色和其他工艺处理。

本机是我厂生产印染设备之一，适用与平幅丝绸、棉布合纤、人造丝等织物。

在等速恒张力下以分散性硫化、还原、直接、活性等染料及煮练、皂洗、清洗等工艺。
Under the condition of equal speed and constant tension，it uses separating vulcanization，reduction direct and activation dyes and the process of boiling-off， soaping and cleaning．
