一、为了能更加安全高效的使用郑州奥德利数控设备有限公司生产的ADL-3050A型，在操作无版烫金机机器之前，请您务必阅读无版烫金机ADL-3050A的说明手册全部内容，了解有关的基本系统、警告、注意事项和提示。

二、安全操作：

　请遵守无版烫金机上所有明示和暗示的警告和注意事项，以避免人身伤害和设备损坏。机器说明手册按照违规所造成的危害程度，以“提示”、“注意”和“警告”三种方式提醒操作者。提示：说明执行某一操作时应该明白的信息；注意：告诫操作者如不按照正常操作步骤，系统可能损坏；警告：警告操作者如不按照无版烫金机ADL-3050A正常操作步骤，可能会造成人身伤害。

三、注意事项：

　具体在以下几项来具体讲解无版烫金机所有注意事项：

1.注意：只有具备资格的且经过培训的维修人员才能对无版烫金机ADL-3050A进行维修，不懂的技术人员必须先进行学习取得相关原理及操做后才能进行；

2.无版烫金机ADL3050A控制板上的电子元件对静电十分敏感，容易损坏，所以在此提醒拿取时尽可能戴上静电手套；

3.无版烫金机为220V总电源，呵呵，所以在此，特别提醒您，任何的维修都要先把电源拔掉再进行问题的排查。

4.双手和衣服都应该与无版烫金机的移动部件保持一定的安全距离，以免会发生意外；

5.在刚停止机器操作或者在设备运转期间切不可触摸打印头；

6.妥善安置无版烫金机电源线，远离行走的位置，避免跳闸危险；

7.如要切断电源，应捏住电源插头拔出，不得拽拉电源线；

8.如要更换电器部件，应采用相同规格和容量的配件，只能使用与郑州奥德利数控设备有限公司生产此型号无版烫金机ADL-3050A相匹配的有接地端的电源线；

9.不得在机器上放置和存储物品，无版烫金机应与任何液体和污染物保持一定距离。

3050烫金机安装金箔纸方法：

本产品中配有部分金箔纸样品，且为了避免损坏打印头，在不安装金

箔纸的情况下，切不可进行打印操作。



①把金箔纸轻轻放入放料盘，金箔纸必须能按顺时针方向展开。查验金箔纸的底面（绕在卷筒内侧的一面）是否在打印头下通过时面向下方。

② 在收料盘中心插入纸筒，以便回收用过的金箔纸。确保轴芯一端的金属环牢固吸附在收料盘上。

③将金箔纸从导向杆A 、打印头和导向杆B的下面穿过。

④将金箔纸的一端固定到收料盘上的回收纸筒的顶部，贴上一片粘胶带。

⑤顺时针转动空的回收纸筒，转紧金箔纸，同时检查金箔纸是否平整地前行，无扭结或折叠。

注意：金箔纸正确的安装极为重要。薄膜上如出现折叠会造成打印缺陷。产品所用的金箔纸直接影响打印质量和打印头的寿命。奥德利品牌的金箔纸是一种精心配制和严格测试的烫印箔，可满足本设备的需求。因使用未经批准的薄膜、金箔或色带而引起设备损坏，不包括在保修范围内，修理费用要自理。
