长U弯管机

Hairpin bender

用途：
    长U弯管机用于将盘型铜管开卷、校直、无屑切断、折弯成为定尺U型管,
    外型似发夹又名发夹管；主要应用于空调两器长U管的全自动生产。

特点(features)：
     1.伺服定尺退料，伺服电机机架平移，伺服折弯。
      Stripper, frame move and bend by servo motor

     2.送料由变频电机驱动，皮带送料。
      Driven by frequency conversion moto and feed by belts 

     3.刀头电机由变频器驱动，高低速可调。
      Cutter motor is driven by transducer, and the speed can be adjusted
