二、主要特点：
1、 本机采用三菱变频调速电机控制，操作方便，运行稳定可靠。
2、 本机适用范围广，可用于圆瓶，方瓶，扁瓶等其他瓶形的灌装旋盖。
3 、调节范围大，可根据瓶盖，瓶径的大小及瓶体的高低，在旋盖机可调范围内任意调节
4、 变频调速电机控制旋盖轮转速，夹瓶传送带。电子调速电机控制上盖，调距及输送带速度，使用时可按旋盖调节到最佳点。
5、旋盖时，瓶盖不会打滑，破损，瓶体不会拉毛，爪式旋盖机相比，工作效率提高数倍。
