The third generation laser welding machine configuration:

Laser power adpots top configuration touch screen laser power which control mainboard is SMD.

It is different from old pushbutton screen. Install voltage stabilization chip to make sure laser welding quality stable. 

Humanixation operation interface: Chinese or English ( can customize Korean)

Cooling system: More water volume, stronger refrigerating capacity. Adpots 1.2 water tank, Chinese/English LCD display, check water temperature any time. Refused to use cheap and easy to damage nixie tube control water tank.

Laser bar: Adpot 7X145mm good quality , with certificate of qualification, laser spot quality is good,fusion rate is high. Don t worry we use second hand or bad quality laser bar to you.

Worktable: Replace old square base and egith pillars up and down system, adpots more stable ,round base and top quality linear bearing, up and down table is more steady and use good liner bearing,location is easier. Refused to use high loss and expensive stainless steel pin or copper pin.Use new copper stable, diameter is small, change cost is cheap(0.05USD/pcs)

Lens: Intracavity configuration adpots quartz lens which is from photoelectricity, common laser welding machine adpots K9 lens, price is about 2USD, easy to burn film(there is a layer coating film), lead to power is not stable. Quartz lens with high refractoriness, not easy to burn film which is used to laser cutting machine or top quality laser welding machine, price is 6-10 times higher than K9 lens.
