XFP是10G可插拔光模块的一种主要标准协议。典型波长有850纳米,1310纳米,1550纳米,也支持CWDM,DWDM波分复用的各波长,主要应用在10G的SDH光传输网,10G光纤通道,10G以太网等领域。XFP拥有类似SFF-8472的数字诊断功能,而且功能更加强大,可以支持更多管理工具来实现模块的功能。XFP的多源协议(MSA)直接采用了XFI接口规范来定义电路接口,完全满足SDH光传输网OC-192 / STM-64对9953.28 Mbit/s速率的要求。
HE-link OLX-85192-SRC is compliant with the 10G Small Form-Factor Pluggable (XFP) Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), supporting data-rate of 10.3125Gbps(10GBASE-SR) or 9.953Gbps (10GBASE-SW), and transmission distance up to 300m on 50μm MMF (2000MHz.km).
The transceiver module comprises a transmitter with 850nm a vertical cavity surface emitting (VCSEL) laser and a receiver with a PIN photodiode. Transmitter and receiver are separate within a wide temperature range of 0℃ to +70℃ and offers optimum heat dissipation and excellent electromagnetic shielding thus enabling high port densities for 10 GbE systems.
