机械式内割刀

ND-J型机械式内割刀是机械式切割套管、油管、钻杆的井下切割工具。它具有结构简单、工作可靠、操作方便、切割效果高等优点。为防止切割到套管、油管接箍，下入井内时割刀应避开接箍位置，有条件时可与接箍探寻器配套使用。可与打捞矛配合使用，将切割后的管柱随同割刀一次打捞出井，也可单独下打捞工具捞出被割下的落鱼。

 The mechanical internal cutter is a mechanical tool to cut casing, tubing, drill pipe in the downhole. In order ot avoid cutting coupling, the cutter should keep away from the position of coupling, and if allowed explorer should be equipped to make cutting easy. It not only can cut at any position of the fish during cutting operation independently, but also can connected the releasing spear above it. After cutting is finished the pipe string above cutting position the cutter can be lifted out at the same time.

The mechanical internal cutter is simple in structure, safe and reliable in use, convenient operation, high-efficiency performance. The mechanical internal cutter consists of a friction assembly which can set the slip insider tubular after initiation. An indicator signals through pump pressure and stabilizer slip keeps the cutter anchored in the casing, when the cut is completed. The pistons are designed to force the slips to firmly anchor the tool before the knives contacting the casing.
