     在表面处理方面,本钢的板面平直,光滑,可以直接除油喷漆,效果好,附着力高,而且钢质纯正,夹渣少,可满足大部份,酸洗,镀蓝锌,镀彩锌的表面处理要求.

     本钢的产品厚度控制精良,以5.5MM产品为例,实际厚度可达到5.45到5.50之间,而且板边与板心的厚度偏差少,适合于精密冲压的高精厚度要求.

BIS is famous for the deviation of the thickness of their product. Take T=5.5mm product as an example, their actual thickness can reach 5.45mm to 5.50mm, and the deviation of the thickness of its edge and  center is very small and can meet with precision stamping and making products with high requirement on thinness.
