果壳活性炭简介:
果壳活性炭选用优质杏壳、桃壳、核桃壳、枣壳等果壳为原料,经系列生产工艺精制而成,外观呈黑色颗粒状。果壳活性炭优点是孔隙结构发达,比表面积大,吸附性能强,化学性能稳定,易再生。
果壳活性炭用途:

果壳活性炭的分类:
果壳活性炭在生产中应用的活性炭种类有很多。一般制成粉末状或颗粒状。

果壳活性炭吸附原理:

果壳活性炭在水处理方面的应用:
我国每天都排出大量工业废水,其中不仅含有氰化物等剧毒成分,而且含有铬、锌等金属离子。废水的处理方法很多,主要有化学沉淀法、电解法和膜处理法等,果壳活性炭用在水处理上是活性炭吸附法。活性炭的表面积巨大,有很高的物理吸附和化学吸附功能。因此活性炭吸附法被广泛应用在废水处理中。而且具有效率高,效果好等特点。
吸附能力和吸附速度是衡量吸附过程的主要指标,吸附能力的大小是用吸附量来衡量的。而吸附速度是指单位重量吸附剂在单位时间内所吸附的质量。在水处理中,吸附速度决定了污水需要和吸附剂接触时间。

果壳活性炭的清理:

1.对果壳活性炭进行反冲洗,但由于活性炭的强度不如石英砂、无烟煤等滤料,所以在反冲洗时用户一定要注意这个反冲洗水流的强度,强度过大,容易造成果壳活性炭大量破碎,影响后期的使用效果。
2.在没有安装反冲洗设备的,可以将果壳活性炭倒在蓄水池中进行清洗,然后晾晒,让果壳活性炭孔隙内的脏物质排出后就可以再使用。
由于果壳活性炭是由桃壳、杏壳、核桃壳等果壳为原料结合活性剂和碳素经高温煅烧后表面具有发达空隙的一种活性炭产品。其使用寿命一般在三到六个月,如果是使用时间过长造成果壳活性炭吸附性能下降,出水水质不符合要求的,就必须对果壳活性炭进行更换!
安全问题:
1、果壳活性炭在运输过程中,防止与坚硬物质混装,不可踩、踏,以防炭粒破碎,影响质量。
2、储存应储存于多孔型吸附剂,所以在运输储存和使用过程中,都要绝对防止水浸,因水浸后,大量水充满活性空隙,使其失去作用。
3、防止焦油类物质在使用过程中,应禁止焦油类物质带入活性炭床,以免堵塞活性炭空隙,使其失去吸附作用。最好有除焦设备净化气体。
4、防火活性炭在储存或运输时,防止与火源直接接触,以防着火、活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生彻底,再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80℃以下,否则温度高,遇氧,活性炭自燃。
