原理概述
所谓接触角是指在一固体水平平面上滴一液滴,固体表面上的固-液-气三相交界点处,其气-液界面和固-液界面两切线把液相夹在其中时所成的角。
接触角测量仪,主要用于测量液体对固体的接触角,即液体对固体的浸润性,该仪器能测量各种液体对各种材料的接触角。该仪器对石油、印染、医药、喷涂、选矿等行业的科研生产有非常重要的作用。
当液滴自由地处于不受力场影响的空间时,由于界面张力的存在而呈圆球状。但是,当液滴与固体平面接触时,其最终形状取决于液滴内部的内聚力和液滴与固体间的粘附力的相对大小。当一液滴放置在固体平面上时,液滴能自动地在固体表面铺展开来,或以与固体表面成一定接触角的液滴存在。
