一、用途及特性：
   1、用途：广泛用于食品、乳品、佐料、酿造、饮料、化工、制药等行业，发酵作用。
   2、特性：材料均采用进口1cr18Ni9Ti组成。本设备具有节能、消声、耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、生产力强，清洗和操作方便等优点。

二、基本结构及安装
   1、总体结构：
   A、固定式主要由罐体与支架组成。
   B、罐体内胆及封头由优质不锈钢抛光制成。
   C、夹套与加强筋由不锈钢板，保温层采用聚胺脂发泡（24小时回升20C）。
   D、夹套中间采用螺旋式加热，夹套冷却。
   E、外包皮2mm厚不锈钢板磨砂。
   F、搅拌器与锅盖密封采用机械密封件组成。
   G、罐盖上下连接采用不锈钢螺柱，密封垫片采用XB250无毒橡胶。
   2、安装调试：
   A、由于长途运输，首先对各连接螺纹进行检查。
   B、对搅拌器应作空车试运转检查，待各传动部件运转正常后，方可投产使用。
   C、蒸汽连接后，对各接头处检查，如漏气，可旋紧管接头与螺柱，直到不漏为止，方可正常投产使用。

三、使用注意安全事项：
   1、该设备使用蒸汽压力不得超过核定额工作气压。
   2、进气时应缓慢开启进气阀，直到需用压力为止，冷凝水出口处需装疏水器。
   3、对安全阀，可根据用户自已使用蒸汽的压力，自行调整，不许过量使用。
   4、在使用过程中，应经常注意蒸汽压力的变化，对进气阀适时调整。
   5、停止使用后，注意对夹套内放完余水。

四、维护保养：
   1、如进气管与出水管接头漏气，当旋紧接头不解决问题时，应添加或更换填料。
   2、压力表与安全阀应定期检查，如有故障要及时调换或修理。
