半自动冲洗瓶机为回转式半自动冲洗瓶机，主要用于白酒、果酒、饮料、调味品、蜂蜜、糖浆等液体制造行业对包装瓶子的冲洗，可有效对瓶子内、外表面的灰尘、污渍等一般性污物进行喷冲、清洗。该机可单独使用，也可与其他液体包装机械组成包装生产线。工作时，由人工将待冲洗的瓶子倒放进转盘上的瓶筐内，随转盘的缓慢回转逐渐进入喷冲区。采用高压水内外冲洗，可有效地清洗瓶子内、外壁上的各种污物。经一段时间喷冲后，瓶子逐渐转出喷冲区。仍由人工将瓶子取下，放到输瓶机上进入下道工序。
